This was our first visit and the staff and doctor were great! They made sure we had all the information we needed and got our questions answered. They have extensive covid protection in place where you wait in the car, they take your animal in and the doctor calls to discuss.

I was referred by a neighbor to Vernon Hills Animal Hospital; she spoke highly of them. Took both my cats to them. Right, when you walk into the office, you are greeted with a smile. I have a cat who is very skittish and doesn’t like dogs. They allow you to check-in while your sitting in your car outside. A tech will come out and get you when a room is open. Love it!! Molly McCullough, D.V.M is our veterinarian love love love her so caring and genuinely nice. After my Kobe cat passed, the entire staff signed a very sweet card with their condolences. I recommend you check out this office first; you will not seek out another office after you meet the staff.
