      Customer Service Representative

      Responsibilities include scheduling appointments; checking in and checking out clients; answering the telephone; setting up new clients and patients; preparation and maintenance of medical records; client communication; filling prescriptions; over the counter sales; mailing; computer operation; financial transactions; filing; and front office and reception area maintenance.

      Veterinary Technician/Assistant

      Technicians are responsible for assisting the doctors; laboratory procedures; radiology; client communication; medical procedures; pharmacy; operation and maintenance of instruments and equipment; inventory; stocking supplies; daily treatment of hospitalized patients; assisting in the operating room; maintenance of the OSHA and Hazardous Materials programs; and hospital maintenance.

      Ward Attendant

      Responsibilities include keeping the animal hospital clean inside and out; feeding, watering, and walking hospitalized patients; stocking supplies; laboratory procedures; and assisting the technicians, assistants, and doctors.
